Following the guidelines outlined below is your responsibility. All services currently offered by Dev Technosys UAE, a reputable web development business, mobile app development company, and web hosting service provider, may be immediately suspended or terminated for any breach of these Terms & Conditions. We enable our clients to get, produce, and distribute a wide variety of public, private, commercial, and non-commercial information as Web Hosting Providers (WHP) and IT solutions providers. Additionally, we want our clients to be completely aware of their rights and responsibilities when utilizing our hosting infrastructure, software development solutions, and web development services. This policy serves as an easy-to-follow guide to guarantee safe Internet use.

Geographical limitations do not apply to the Internet, which has its own rules for privacy and manners, particularly when it comes to electronic communication. Whether in India or abroad, any attempt to send unsolicited commercial emails (spam) is absolutely prohibited by our policy and is seen as an invasion of privacy. Because spam negatively impacts server performance, user experience, and the legitimacy of our hosting services, Dev Technosys UAE enforces a zero-tolerance policy.

The Internet's basic feature is that it is not owned or controlled by a single organization. Opportunities are created by this openness, but users must also take responsibility. Clients must be aware that we do not keep an eye on, confirm, or ensure the quality or accuracy of the material they access online. Because online content can occasionally be insulting, deceptive, or improper, customers must use their own judgment when relying on it. Any harm caused by such content is not the responsibility of Dev Technosys UAE.

In a similar vein, clients bear full responsibility for any content they post or disseminate using our web hosting or development services. Client-generated content is not reviewed, edited, or censored by us. Clients need to be aware that publishing online has legal obligations, such as liabilities for harmful speech, defamation, and copyright infringement. Such actions could affect other customers and damage our company's reputation.

The Policy

If clients, their affiliates, or their users participate in forbidden activities like spamming, hacking, virus distribution, or hosting unlawful content, they are in violation of our policy and Services Agreement. Dev Technosys UAE has a stringent anti-spam policy. An inquiry cost of up to $1000 (or the equivalent in Indian rupees) may be assessed for each complaint. Managing spam that comes from their accounts or related networks is entirely the responsibility of the client.

Accounts may be suspended right away in response to complaints from our server providers; the outcome of the inquiry will determine what happens next. Services may be stopped without warning if a client is discovered to be willfully breaking our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). The registered email address will receive any notifications pertaining to such infractions.

Projects under our software development or mobile app development services will be classified as dormant if there is no communication from the client for more than seven days. Dev Technosys UAE shall not be held accountable for delays brought on by inactivity, and resources may be transferred with prior warning. A reallocation fee of 20% to 30% of the project's total cost may be required to restart such initiatives.

Change requests, bug repairs, and feature updates are all handled on a sprint basis. Work specifics will be sent to clients ahead of time, and before beginning any sprint, invoices must be paid. Weekly or bi-monthly payments are made, and no work can start until the invoice is confirmed.

It is strictly forbidden to send unsolicited emails, including bulk communications or promotional messages, without permission. This includes mentioning IP addresses or domains that Dev Technosys UAE hosts. Any kind of abuse or harassment will cause the account to be immediately suspended or terminated without a refund.

Copyright Violation

Clients are responsible for making sure their content doesn't infringe upon any intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights. There may be civil or criminal repercussions for any unapproved use, distribution, or duplication of protected content. Clients shall be fully liable for any legal repercussions resulting from their activities, and Dev Technosys UAE will not be held accountable for any infractions.

Illegal Behavior and Security Violations

Hacking, or any attempt to enter systems or networks without authorization, is absolutely forbidden and can have serious legal repercussions. It is also prohibited to distribute any malicious code, including Trojan horses, worms, and viruses. Such actions could lead to the immediate termination of services as well as potential legal action. Customers are responsible for making sure their use conforms with all relevant laws and rules.

Utilization of Bandwidth and Resources

In an effort to facilitate the construction of websites and applications, Dev Technosys UAE offers hosting resources. Although the majority of clients use resources sensibly, abuse or excessive usage that negatively impacts other users is prohibited. In order to preserve the functionality and integrity of our hosting environment, we have the right to take any required steps, such as suspending or deleting accounts.

Other Activities

It is completely forbidden to engage in any activity, legal or not, that could harm our clients, operations, or reputation. This includes attempts to damage the business or activities that prevent other users from using the services. The only authority to decide what constitutes a violation is Dev Technosys UAE, which may then take appropriate action.

Disclaimer

Dev Technosys UAE offers services as a reseller of domain registrars and third-party hosting companies. As a result, we have no direct control over network performance, technical support, or server infrastructure. Technical problems resulting from third-party services, server malfunctions, hacking attacks, and downtime are not our responsibility.

Our technical support staff can help with general troubleshooting, but they might not be able to fix problems brought on by bad coding methods or client-side flaws. Customers understand that there are risks associated with web hosting and software services, and we are unable to ensure error-free or continuous functioning.

Data loss resulting from hardware or server failure is not our responsibility. Although we often create backups, it is highly recommended that clients keep their own backups. Furthermore, clients are entirely in charge of maintaining their domain details, renewals, and credentials; we have no influence over domain registrations handled by third-party suppliers.

Payment & Security

Secure third-party payment channels are used to process all payments. Sensitive financial data is not stored by Dev Technosys UAE. Customers need to make sure that their database information, FTP access, and login passwords are secure. We shall not be liable for any loss brought on by carelessness or illegal access.

For legal purposes, only the company's hard copy invoices are accepted. Electronic invoices cannot be used as legal documentation; they are only meant to be used for reference.

Note

On our servers, clients are not allowed to host or distribute executable files, patches, or downloaded software. Services may be immediately terminated for any breach of this regulation.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any moment by Dev Technosys UAE, and continuing to use our services signifies your acceptance of those changes. Account suspension, termination, or legal action without reimbursement may follow any breach of these terms.
